Rankings are refreshed nightly (within ~24 hours). In rare cases they may update within 48 hours due to data delays.
Yes. Bulk-import keywords via CSV template in the Keyword Ranks section, and export any results to CSV.
A research ticket = one run of the keyword research tool. Tickets reset each monthly billing cycle and are capped by your plan.
Both are proprietary estimates that weigh signals such as reviews, price, product rank, and other external indicators. They are directional—not official Walmart metrics.
They're modeled estimates; Walmart does not publish this data via API. Treat them as directional guides for prioritization.

Walmart currently does not offer negative keywords in the way many ad platforms do. We provide workarounds using campaign/match-type structure and will add native support if Walmart expands capabilities.

Use research and ranking data to check keyword demand, competition, and bid competitiveness. Common fixes include raising bids/budgets on high-opportunity terms and improving product relevance. For account-level issues, contact Walmart Support.

Go to Billing Manager and switch to Yearly; the 20% discount is applied automatically.
Use Billing Manager to change plans; charges are prorated. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals—your account stays active through the current term.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe. We only request the minimum access needed for features you use.
Yes—Canada, Mexico, and Chile are supported. Some automation features will depend on local API availability.
