🧭 How to Connect Your Walmart Seller Account to WallyPilot

Connect in Just a Few Minutes! 🚀

Connecting your Walmart Ads account to WallyPilot only takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below to link your account and start automating your campaigns.

Once connected, WallyPilot will begin syncing your data automatically, allowing you to create, manage, and automate Walmart campaigns directly through your dashboard.

Before You Start

Make sure you have access to these items:

  • Active Walmart Seller Account - You must be approved to sell on Walmart
  • Walmart Advertising Center Access - You should be able to log into ads.walmart.com
  • Admin Permissions - You need permissions to authorize third-party partners
  • 5 minutes of time - For the connection process

Step-by-Step Connection Process

Step 1: Go to the Walmart Advertising Center

  1. 1. Head to the Walmart Advertising Center
  2. 2. Make sure you're logged in to the account associated with your seller profile
  3. 3. Verify you can see your advertising dashboard

Step 2: Go to Your Profile

  1. 1. Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. 2. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
  3. 3. This will take you to your account settings page

Step 3: Open the Partner Section

  1. 1. Inside your profile, look for the "Partner" tab
  2. 2. Click on the "Partner" tab to open the partner management section
  3. 3. This is where you can manage all your third-party integrations

Step 4: Search for WallyPilot

  1. 1. In the partner search bar, type "WallyPilot"
  2. 2. Select WallyPilot from the search results
  3. 3. Click on the WallyPilot partner listing to open the connection page

💡 Tip: If you don't see WallyPilot in the search results, make sure you're spelling it correctly or try searching for "Wally Pilot" with a space.

Step 5: Confirm and Submit

  1. 1. Review the permissions that WallyPilot is requesting
  2. 2. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your account link
  3. 3. Click "Submit" to finish the connection
  4. 4. You'll receive a confirmation message when the connection is successful

Step 6: Find Your Account ID

  1. 1. After linking, go to the "Ad Account" section in Walmart Ads
  2. 2. You'll see your Account ID listed there
  3. 3. Copy this Account ID — you'll need it for the next step
  4. 4. The Account ID is usually a long string of numbers

📝 Note: Keep this Account ID handy as you'll need to enter it in WallyPilot in the next step.

Step 7: Enter Your Account ID in WallyPilot

  1. 1. Go to your WallyPilot dashboard
  2. 2. Navigate to the "Campaign" section
  3. 3. Look for the prompt asking for your Walmart Account ID
  4. 4. Enter your Account ID and click "Submit" to complete the connection

Navigate to your WallyPilot Campaign section where you'll see a prompt to enter your Walmart Account ID. Paste the Account ID you copied from Step 6 and click Submit to complete the connection.

✅ You're Connected!

Once your account is verified, WallyPilot will begin syncing your data automatically. You'll now be able to create, manage, and automate Walmart campaigns directly through your dashboard.

The initial sync may take a few minutes to complete. You'll receive an email notification when everything is ready.

Verification & Testing

Let's make sure your connection is working properly:

Check Connection Status: Go to your WallyPilot Settings and verify the connection shows as "Active"

Verify Data Sync: Check that your existing campaigns and keywords are appearing in WallyPilot

Test Basic Functions: Try creating a test campaign or running a keyword search to confirm everything works

❓ I can't find WallyPilot in the partner search

  • • Make sure you're in the correct Partner section of your Walmart Ads account

❓ I don't have admin permissions

  • • Contact your account administrator to request partner authorization permissions
  • • Verify you're logged into the correct Walmart seller account
  • • Some organizations require approval for third-party integrations

❓ The connection failed or timed out

  • • Try the connection process again - temporary timeouts can occur
  • • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • • Check that your Walmart Ads account is in good standing
  • • Contact support if the issue persists after multiple attempts

❓ My data isn't syncing to WallyPilot

  • • Wait up to 15 minutes for the initial sync to complete
  • • Verify your Account ID was entered correctly
  • • Check that you have active campaigns in your Walmart Ads account
  • • Try disconnecting and reconnecting your account
